World's top superbike riders set to compete in Dubai championship
The Middle East Championship 2024-25 promises high-speed action, global talent, and entertainment for all
DUBAI: DSBK Racing has officially announced the launch of its much-anticipated DSBK Middle East Championship 2024-2025, with the first round set to take place at Dubai Autodrome on 26th October 2024.
The event promises a day filled with heart-pounding action as some of the world’s top superbike riders gather to compete at the UAE’s only superbike championship.
What to expect from Middle East Championship
The DSBK Middle East Championship is set to deliver a packed schedule, featuring two 12-lap races that will highlight the incredible skill and speed of 20 elite riders from various nationalities. Starting at 10:00 AM with warm-up and qualifying sessions, the main races will take place at 12:00 PM and 2:50 PM. Spectators are in for a treat with free entry and parking, making this a perfect event for motorsport enthusiasts and families alike.
Fans can also look forward to an array of activities including a children’s play zone, live DJ performances, and a variety of food trucks offering diverse dining options. A dedicated fan zone will allow supporters to cheer on their favourite riders, while a Meet & Greet with racers and influencers will add a personal touch to the day’s festivities. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony honouring the day’s champions, as well as a photo booth for capturing memorable moments.

DSBK Racing has rapidly emerged as a leader in motorcycle road racing within the UAE, and this championship further cements its standing. Founder and veteran racer, Nasir Syed, who boasts 38 podium finishes, shared his excitement for the upcoming series. “The DSBK Middle East Championship is not just about racing; it’s about promoting responsible riding and creating a safer environment for all enthusiasts. Our goal is to establish DSBK Racing as a mainstay in the region’s motorsports calendar,” he said.
How DSBK is engaging the community
In addition to the championship, DSBK Racing is launching the UAE’s first-ever superbike training academy. This pioneering initiative aims to foster the next generation of superbike talent in the region. The academy will provide aspiring riders with the tools and training they need to excel on the track while promoting safety and responsible riding.

When and where the action takes place
The 2024-2025 season will feature five thrilling rounds across the UAE, with the opening race at Dubai Autodrome's National Circuit.
The following rounds are scheduled for 9th November 2024 at Yas Marina Circuit, marking the championship’s debut in Abu Dhabi, and three more rounds taking place at Dubai Autodrome between February and April 2025.
